Server monitoring is a big duty for newbie VPS end users – you need to keep an eye on how your VPS server is doing, to find out if it is overloaded, to see if all the services are running correctly. It’s a procedure that requires uninterrupted attention, and you probably do not have time to do that. This is why we offer that we do the work instead of you. If you make use of our Managed Services option, we will be keeping a constant eye on your virtual server and all the services running on it. That way you’ll have more time for your sites or apps.

Weekly Backups

Making a backup of a VPS Plan isn’t the simplest mission in this world. You will either need to use a different server or your home PC, alternatively resort to a 3rd–party solution. Our company offers a much easier alternative with our Managed Services offer. We will create a complete backup of your VPS server on a weekly basis, so you never need to be worried about losing vital info. And we can recover a backup copy really quickly. All our backups are kept on a special machine with a RAID array of hard drives, so if anything goes wrong with any part of your stored content, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

When using a VPS Plan, you will have absolute freedom to install any kind of script or service on your server. However, certain scripts are more difficult to install and might require some extra setup from you. That’s where our Managed Services offer will help you out. It features 30 min of installation & trouble–shooting operations – which means you’ll be able to basically employ one of our well–trained server admins for half an hour and have him assist you with the installation process of any kind of software that you need. And/or have him solve a problem that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services deal comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Plans and is an extra feature for the KVM VPS Plans.
