We will transfer your website(s) to our enterprise–class cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from experience that swapping hosting providers can result in lost info and unwanted network downtime. This is why we’ll do all that for you for free!We have professional administrators whose only task is to ensure that your website works exactly as it did on your previous hosting platform. The administrators are experts in transferring custom–made sites, as well as sites that are based upon well–known web applications such as WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: There are plenty of variables to take into account – the overall amount of files, the size of the database, the complexity of the web site itself and the present workload of our web site migration professionals, etc. However, we do our best to implement all web site migrations in a 48–hour time window. Less sizeable web sites are transferred faster – typically in less than 24 hours.

A: Yep. We’ll need to have the name of the website that you would like us to migrate. We will also require a way to log into your present hosting account so that we can get the files pertaining to your website.

A: Customer privacy is truly one of our greatest priorities – that is why, both our payment transaction page and our CP login page are protected with enterprise–level digital certificates. We employ safety measures, which include, but are not limited to: physical, digital and managerial methods to secure the details that we assemble on the web. And we’ve got a very detailed and rigorous Privacy Policy, which specifies the types of information that we gather.

A: No. Your site will stay available online during the migration. As soon as everything is completed on our end, we’ll notify you so that you can preview it and check for problems. If everything is okay, all you will have to do is change your domain’s DNS resource records.

A: No. We will never touch base with your hosting provider about anything. They won’t be aware of the website migration either.

A: We can transfer your site from any hosting provider or any Linux–driven hosting platform as long as we can obtain access to the Control Panel and there’s File Transfer Protocol access available.The only sites that we can’t migrate are those based on closed–source software apps such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
