Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management solution, which will grant you complete authority over your e-mail box accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-handle graphical user interface, you can set up a new email box in no time and administer its settings easily. What's more, you can forward emails from one email box to another, configure email filters, create autoresponders and defend your e-mail box accounts against junk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your e-mail accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unrequested mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your emails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain email box.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming electronic mail messages according to certain criteria set by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly create an e-mail filter for any of your email box accounts and choose the filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming mail messages from one email account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail box accounts. Just specify the email mailbox account you wish to forward email messages from, then select the target e-mail box and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly configure the email client of your liking to access your mail accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you wish to set up on your desktop PC or cell phone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple e-mail accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also allow you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will handle the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all email box - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
